I just listened to the new cd for about the 200th time. I gotta tell you it just flat out rocks. For thosse people who are looking for good "hard rock" this is the one to get. It's not like escape or Raised on Radio, it wasn't written to get radio play. It sounds flat out great! The songs are 85% great, and lots of extended tunes with great solo's. Not only that but the new singer doesn't sing on the whole cd. Drummer Dean Castronova sings a couple, and he sounds just like Steve Perry. Everyone else sings at least one tune. It's worth the listen.
I don't know if any of these songs will ever end up in a SEPARATE WAYS show, but maybe REPLICA!

I actually heard this album before it was released, my friend saw a show and they were giving away this album. he got it for free. I guess there are some songs on the officially released version not on that free album, but it is very good.
There is also a song on there that hearkens back to the Steve Perry days, it was written in '83 or something and Neal resurrected it for the album. That one is very good.

I have to agree with Kelly, after u listen to it once, u want to listen again and again, at least thats how it was for me. Everytime listen thru was better than the previous, with your ears catching something they didn't hear before, be it a vocals, guitar licks, etc.... It REALLY IS an excellent album. Very diverse, very fun!
